The line has the function of real-time online monitoring of production information. The production information can be traced and connected with the company's system. The production information and production status of the equipment can be understood through the system. 1. Traceability system includes the entry of incoming part batches, matching of finished products and components by batch, and tracing of component assemblies to the batches of components; 2. Assembly process data traceability: press-fit pressure of spring seats, displacement values, gas tightness of one-way valves, displacement and force values of ring clamps.
