Description of the production line:
This production line consists of a feeding system, a main conveying pathway, and various assembly units; the equipment handles feeding, assembly, and testing tasks automatically.
The line offers real-time monitoring of production information, allowing for tracking of such information. It can be connected to the company’s systems, enabling access to data on equipment performance and production status.
1. The tracking system includes functions for recording the batch numbers of incoming parts, matching finished products with their corresponding component batches, and enabling tracking of individual components back to their respective batch numbers.
2. Tracking of data from the assembly process: pressure and displacement values during the pressing of spring seats, air-tightness of check valves, as well as displacement and force values related to the pressing of retaining rings.
