I. Project Background
The hydraulic piston assembly and testing production line is designed to enable automatic feeding, assembly, spring error detection testing, plunger pressing, pressure measurement, sealing performance testing, inner diameter inspection of the piston cylinder, settlement testing, pull-out force measurement, extension height detection, compression speed testing, assembly pressing, oil removal, weight checking, marking of finished products, and removal of these products from the line.
II. Project Requirements
1. The entire production line must be fully automated;
2. The processing time per unit at the equipment should be ≤ 4 seconds per piece;
3. The equipment’s service life should be over 10 years (assuming the equipment operates 300 days per year, with 3 shifts per day and 7.5 hours per shift);
4. The floor space required for the equipment is 8700 mm * 2300 mm;
