Line Description:
This production line consists of a feeding system, main conveying line and various assembly units. The equipment automatically completes feeding, assembly and testing.
The line supports real-time online monitoring of production information. Production data can be traced, and the line can be connected to the company's system to view equipment production information and operating status via the system.
1. The traceability system covers entry of incoming part batches, matching of finished products with component batches. Batch information of components can be traced by searching the part assembly;
2. Assembly process data traceability includes steel ball pressing information, online matching and pressing information of magnetic cores and ejector rods, yoke pressing information, air tightness test data, resistance and insulation resistance test data, and electromagnetic force test data.
