Product Features

  • I. Core Functions: Automatic Press-Fitting and Assembly of Steel Rings and Aluminum Sleeves
    Multi-station Coordinated Operation
The core component assembly of bearing inner rings is realized through the coordination of the aluminum sleeve loading station (manual feeding onto the conveyor line, material picking and gluing by manipulators), the steel ring loading station (glue spraying and positioning after high-temperature heating), and the assembly station (press-fitting of aluminum sleeves and steel rings).

Devices including servo shifting manipulators, rotary cylinders and assembly fixtures are adopted to achieve precise alignment and press-fitting (interference fit) of steel rings and aluminum sleeves, ensuring assembly accuracy.

    Automated Gluing Process
During the feeding of aluminum sleeves and steel rings, gluing is automatically completed via fan-shaped nozzle dispensing valves. The glue rotating device rotates the components to achieve uniform glue application. Meanwhile, a glue mist extraction device is equipped to keep the working stations clean.

    # II. Production Efficiency Improvement: High-Speed Cycle Time and High Stability
    Efficient Production Cycle
The production cycle is ≤10 seconds per piece, which greatly boosts production capacity and is suitable for mass production of bearing inner rings.

Dual aluminum sleeve loading stations (Station 1 and Station 2 operating in parallel) are deployed to reduce standby time and further improve efficiency.

    High Reliability and Yield Rate
Well-known brands are selected for key components to guarantee stable equipment operation. The yield rate reaches ≥98%, and the equipment uptime exceeds 95%.

Steel rings are heated in a high-temperature furnace before assembly, which can optimize material compatibility and improve product quality.

    # III. Automated Process: Reduced Manual Intervention and Improved Consistency
    Full-process Automation
All procedures ranging from aluminum sleeve/steel ring feeding, gluing, assembly to unloading are automatically carried out by manipulators, servo motors, sensors and other components. Operators only need to initially load aluminum sleeves onto the conveyor line, which significantly cuts labor costs and operational errors.

Unloading manipulators transfer finished products to the conveyor line to realize unmanned material transfer.

    Standardized Quality Control
Key parameters such as position and glue volume are monitored in real time through Keyence sensors and other equipment to ensure all procedures meet process requirements and reduce defective products.

    # IV. Equipment Parameters and Applicable Scenarios
Dimensions: Approximately 2400×2200×2000mm. Compact footprint facilitates workshop layout.

Energy Requirements: Three-phase AC 380V power supply; power consumption ≈4kW; air supply pressure 0.4–0.6MPa with low energy consumption.

Applicable Products: Suitable for the production of bearing inner rings requiring press-fitting of steel rings and aluminum sleeves, especially for automotive, machinery manufacturing and other industries with high requirements for precision and efficiency.
