Customers generally need to confirm whether the machine can be used normally, whether it can work stably and continuously, whether the level of danger of the equipment is high, whether there is protective equipment, and whether the mechanical efficiency is high or not during acceptance
The design party of non-standard automation equipment should be required to develop acceptance items and acceptance standards according to the requirements proposed by the user. If the mechanical and electrical equipment can refer to the acceptance standards for mechanical and electrical equipment (national standards). Other devices can refer to other industry equipment standards.

Paint acceptance:
Smoothness; Thickness; color difference
Acceptance of processing part: Check whether the outer surface size of the welding part is qualified, whether there are undercutting, porosity, cracks, burn through, weld bead, arc pit phenomenon, and size part
