Non-standard automated equipment for filter paper drying oven
Filter paper drying oven non-standard automation equipment, TV screen assembly non-standard automation equipment, TV 180° flipping machine non-standard automation equipment, and TV 90° rotation screen inspection machine non-standard automation equipment. Through the project of PVC pipeline high-pressure inflation device equipment, our team has gained advanced PVC pipeline production process experience, providing reference experience for the advanced production and manufacturing process of domestic drinking water PVC pipelines. It also reaffirms our belief that continuing to adhere to non-standard automation equipment is not only a job and a career, but also allows us to acquire more cutting-edge, progressiveness, and feasible high-end modern drinking water PVC pipeline manufacturing processes and experiences. This makes us more firmly believe that continuing to adhere to non-standard automation equipment can reveal many advanced technologies in modern manufacturing that ordinary people cannot discover or explore.

With the implementation of the China VI emission standard, the requirements for exhaust emissions from internal combustion engines are becoming increasingly stringent. Consequently, the demands for the air entering the engine combustion chamber are naturally higher. Traditional air filters are no longer able to meet the current engine requirements. However, the main function of a filter is to filter the air using the filter paper inside. Therefore, in the production process, the drying process requirements for filter paper are much higher than before. Traditional tunnel drying ovens fail to meet the drying requirements for filter paper in China VI standard filters in terms of temperature control accuracy, lateral temperature difference, and temperature fluctuation. Jishi Automation Technology leverages its previous technical advantages in reflow soldering and wave soldering, and based on the drying requirements for filter paper, successfully completed the delivery of non-standard automation equipment for large-scale filter paper drying reflow ovens in 2019.
When it comes to screen installation for televisions, does everyone find it strange that a television needs a machine to install its screen? Isn't it just a matter of manually carrying and installing it? But that's only for the small-screen televisions we usually see at home. Nowadays, large televisions with screens of 86 inches and 100 inches are being produced. How do we install them? This is a difficult problem, especially when it comes to mass production. Therefore, the need for customized non-standard automation equipment for screen installation, 180° flipping, and 90° flipping screen detection of televisions has emerged. Through these three non-standard automation equipment, we successfully achieved technology, experience, and accumulation in three fields and multiple non-standard automation equipment in 2019. This provides a rich variety of non-standard automation equipment and technological accumulation for the development in 2020. Of course, completing the design, research and development, production, manufacturing, installation, debugging, and delivery of five devices in three fields in one year is itself a miracle. It was also an extremely extraordinary, non-simple, and non-easy year. At the same time, it is a year full of harvest for the future. We will forge ahead and continue to persist in making non-standard automation equipment.
